My Opinions:

*5 Stars*
Okay, so this was the type of book that I've been wanting to read for a long time where the male character try to make up for his mistake and regain the female character's trust because he truly love her. Bethany Lopez wrote this book in a way that was just perfect, I love every aspect of it so I'm hopefully that I would continue to pick up more books from this series.

Shelly, the female protagonist, was betrayed by her husband, Caleb, who have been together with her for about eight years. I love how she was able to cope with the situation that was suppose to be their anniversary but turned into something the both of them did not expect. Throughout this story, I was able to see how she changed from a wife that is afraid of her husband's opinion to someone who is independent and will do whatever she likes to do, though I wish there was more character development from her and Cal's relationship in the past. When Shelly put her head into wanting to get something done, she will go forward with it no matter what gets in her way, until Caleb proposes to her his 8 weeks date to win her back.......

Caleb, Cal, experienced his worse nightmare after hanging out at his best friend's party and he doesn't know how to tell his wife. I like Cal so much in his book, how he did not give up on his wife, how he proposed the 8 weeks dates to win her back, and how he tried to do everything in his bests ability to regain her trust. I also love how he chose to tell his wife the truth about what he did instead of lying to her, but when the outcome was not something he expected, he became really afraid of losing someone who is why he wake up everyday with a smile. His idea of using the 8 weeks dates to win her back and each week as the best memory of their moment together in the past 8 years.

Overall, this book really satisfy my need for reading a book that is angst and a male character that's trying to regain his love's trust. I still go through this book multiple times to the moment that was the most angst and painful for each character.
