Walking Disaster By: Jamie McGuire

Genre: Sport Romance, Contemporary, Male POV, College

Ratings: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Synopsis:

Can you love someone too much?

Travis Maddox learned two things from his mother before she died: Love hard. Fight harder.

In Walking Disaster, the life of Travis is full of fast women, underground gambling, and violence. But just when he thinks he is invincible, Abby Abernathy brings him to his knees.

Every story has two sides. In Beautiful Disaster, Abby had her say. Now it’s time to see the story through Travis’s eyes.

My Opinions:

*5 Stars*
After reading "Beautiful Disaster," I didn't want to dive into Travis and Abby's relationship once again; however, I couldn't concentrate on any of the book I was reading afterward because I kept on thinking about them. I then decided that I might as well go through with their relationship again but in Travis's POV. I found that Travis's point of view was really interesting, but I wish the story would continue where the first one left off instead of restarting everything in Travis's POV  while excluding a few things that was already told from Abby's perspective. I also love how some of the angst and gruesome part of the story was added to both Abby and Travis's point of view so that I could see how each person handled and felt about the situation. Even though, I found that Abby's character was a little whiny and annoying in this book, it was all resolve by Travis's maturity and how he handled all of her tantrum. Also through this POV, I was able to learn why Travis acted the way he did to the people around him and I love how Jamie included the scene at the beginning of the book with Travis experiencing something that was really tragic.

Overall, I really enjoy reading this book and I really hope that I could dive more into reading about their wedding so that I can finally close the chapters of both Abby's and Travis's life.

Where to get this book?
